‘Herald Sun’ People’s Choice Award in the category ‘Best Museum Experience’ – a winning tie with the RAAF Museum.

The ‘Click’ Volunteer Museum Award in the category “Exhibitions and Public Programs”.

Premier’s Volunteering Awards, in the category: ‘Community Volunteering New Technology Award – Regional’ – an award made jointly to
the Benalla Costume & Pioneer Museum and the Benalla Visitor Information Centre.
