The Buninyong Botanic Gardens
The Buninyong Botanic Garden and the adjoining Gong display design features
and plantings characteristic of 1870s-1890s Victorian botanic gardens. It is
also notable for the Queen Victoria rotunda, opened in 1901.

A conservation study has recently been carried out for the Buninyong Botanic Garden and the Gong. Copies of the draft Management Plan are available from the Ballarat City Council for public consultation.
