Meetings and Activities

The Society holds monthly meetings from February to December

Meetings are held on the third Monday of the month
at Old Post Office Museum, Yarra Street, Warrandyte
from 7.30 pm
Please contact a committee member to verify date of general meetings if planning to attend as sometimes it has been necessary to alter meeting dates

Visitors are most welcome


Exhibition at Old Post Office Museum
Warrandyte Then and Now - Images of the built environment of Warrandyte including changes over the past 70 years. The exhibition also features examples of how technologies have changed our use of every day items, from kitchen appliances to calculators, providing an insight into how everyday tasks have become more achievable.
The exhibition is open during Museum Opening Hours, Saturday and Sunday, 2.00pm to 5.00pm.

Working Bee from 9.30 pm - 12.00 noon at Old Post Office Museum

Sun 27 July

Annual General Meeting at 2.00 pm.
Guest Speaker: Bill McAuley. Bill was born in Warrandyte and for the past 45 years has worked as a photo journalist. During the past 12 years Bill has been locating and photographing abandoned homesteads in Victoria. He recently photographed the Slab Hut at Warrandyte.
