In order to facilitate the handling of the organisation's business, the Zonta world is divided into 29 Districts and one region.  Each district is divided into Areas.  The Zonta Club of Melbourne CBD is part of District 23 , Area 1.

Meetings are held on the first Tuesday of the month at The Observatory Cafe, Birdwood Ave, Botanical Gardens, Melbourne. To be notified of the next meeting, please contact our Membership convenor.

The club has been established primarily for those who live and/or work in the city of Melbourne who wish to belong to a service organisation and find a breakfast club convenient.

As a club we continue our fundraising efforts. These funds allow us to undertake service projects. We also support the Zonta District and International Projects .
