Victorian Zebra Finch Inc.
Victorian Zebra Finch Inc. is developing a stud of Grey and Fawn birds from stock obtained from highly regarded interstate breeders. The intention is that these birds can be used to replace members Grey and Fawn stock birds or to improve other mutations by outcrossing. The club is maintaining a stud book to ensure the long-term success of this project.
Birds have been purchased and distributed amongst club members, who are breeding from this stock. Until the initial purchase outlay has been recouped the club will be selling young from these birds for $10 each. Club members will have priority in purchasing these birds. Excess birds will be made available to non-club members. Country members or non-members can contact the secretary regarding purchasing these birds.
