Letters to the Editor

Writing a letter to the editor is another great way to get the issues out to thousands of people. You can also keep a debate going for weeks by responding to someone else's letter on the same subject.

Note: most newspapers will not accept attachments with emails, so always include what you want to say in the body of your email and not as an attachment! Also there is usually a word limit of 200 words and a requirement to include name address and a daytime contact number.
