Mailing List

The YHA Cross-Country Ski Club (Victoria) maintains an electonic mailing list, which is used to send out copies of our program and, occasionally, additional information about particular events.  Programs are sent out after they are released and whenever they are revised.

The mailing list is hosted on Yahoo.  Please read the Yahoo Privacy Policy, and their Terms of Service.

Subscribing to the list
The mailing list is set up to provide for automatic processing of subscription and and unsubscription requests. To join the mailing list, use the following form. You will then receive an automatic e-mail message, in the e-mail account that you specified, from the mailing list server. You will need to reply to that message for your subscription request to be confirmed. You do not need to edit the reply in any way before sending it.

Alternatively, if you have a Yahoo account, you can also join via this web page.  Note that a Yahoo account is not necessary to be a member of our mailing list.

Unsubscribing from the list
To unsubscribe from the list, send an email to YHA_Ski_List-unsubscribe@yahoogroups.com.au. You will receive an automatic confirmation from the mailing list server.

Privacy

• The e-mail address you supply is posted to the YHA Cross Country Ski Club Yahoo Group e-mail account, where it will be added to our mailing list.
  
  
• The list is not, and will not be, available to any person, inside or outside the club, other than YHA Cross Country Ski Club committee members.
  
  
• The list will be used solely for sending out programs (as requested), as well as any notices pertaining to changes in, or addition to, the current program, notices of occasional special events or social functions being organised by our group, or changes in how the mailing lists will operate.
