The Venturer Award Scheme has five stages - the Venturer Skills Award, Community Involvement, Personal Growth, Adventurous Activities, Leadership Development. The completion of all will qualify for the technical side of the Queen's Scout Award. A fourth award - the Major Interest Award - is available for those who wish to specialise in a particular activity. The Venturer Award scheme is divided up into activity areas namely Citizenship, First Aid, Environment, Service, Expeditions, Expression, Lifestyle, Ideals, Pursuits, Outdoor, Initiative, Leadership, Management, Vocations.
