The Logan & Albert Conservation Association has elected to become a respondent to the appeal by your client G.F.W. Gelatine International Ltd against the decision by the Beaudesert Shire Council to refuse the issue (to your client) of a town planning consent permit for gelatine manufacturing and irrigated farming on land situated at Flood Rd, Josephville, via Beaudesert.

Please find attached to this letter a copy of the notice of election to become a respondent to the appeal which was presented to the Planning Environment Court on September 17, 1992.

A copy of this notice of election to become a respondent to the appeal has also been forwarded to the Beaudesert Shire Council, as the principal respondent.
