How much does it cost to join?

Membership fee = $5 per calendar year. Joining fee = $5. You may attend 2 activity groups before deciding to join. To join, go to the Membership page and download and fill-in the Membership Application form. Then go to the Contact Us page and phone or e-mail the New Members Officer.

I want to renew my membership but don't have a cheque account. How can I pay?

Fill-in the Membership Renewal form and place it in an envelope. Write your name on the envelope, enclose cash and hand it to your Activity Group Convenor at your next group meeting or to the Treasurer at the next quarterly General Meeting.

Can I start a group myself?

Yes. If there is an activity that is not on our Activities list, you may start your own activity group. This must be approved by the Committee first. Also check out the Proposed Activity Groups page. Contact the Secretary to enquire what to do.

My group is shown as the Duty Group for the next Quarterly Meeting. What do I have to do?

You must attend the meeting and organise the tea and coffee at supper time and place the food on a table in the hall. You do not have to provide anything, just hand out the drinks and load/unload the dishwasher afterwards.

Who can attend the events and functions listed on the Events page?

Any member can attend these events. If you are not a member you may join at the event.

Can I get a copy of the Newsletter sent to my e-mail address?

No need! It is available on the News page in glorious colour. You can even print selected pages if you want to. Please contact the Newsletter Editor on the Contact Us page and tell him you no longer want a paper copy in the post.

Where can I get copies of the photos that are on this website?

Photos can be copied by right-clicking on the photo and selecting "Save Picture As". If you want high resolution copies of the image files, please contact the Website Publisher on the Contact Us page. He can also supply other photos taken at the event or meeting that are not displayed on this website. Paper prints are also available.

Where can I get help to navigate around this website?

Go to the Computer Group's meeting and you will be shown what to do.
