About PCCCs

Police Community Consultative Committees (PCCC) are a partnership between police, local community representatives and government and non government organisations.

They focus on addressing crime prevention and community safety issues at the local level.

PCCCs were established in Victoria in 1991 to improve efforts to reduce crime and improve the community's quality of life. PCCCs have been established throughput the state giving the community a voice in safety and security issues.
