Yvonne Smith and the Union of Australian Women began in 1988 to remedy this. They published the book Taking Time - A Women's Historical Data Kit.
We can continue this work on the Internet. Please send us what you know about groups formed since this site ended or criticise this site so we can update and improve Women's Time.
