As all copies of the book have now been sold we are in the process of preparing an updated version of the Handbook on CD ROM or DVD which will be available in a few weeks. It will sell for $AUD22.95 including postage within Australia. Orders outside of Australia will need to use a Currency Converter and Australia Post to calculate its cost to you.
