C3 Proposal (ODP) + Issues & Photos	Frankston Council Amendment C3 proposing to shift the residential boundary and allow the subdivision of much of what is left of the Green Wedge in this area. Also includes aerial photos, a discussion of issues which need to be addressed to protect the region's environmental and social values, and a submission to the investigating Panel.
C7 Proposal (Potts Rd) + Issues & Photos	Details of proposed Amendment C7 to rezone a 100 ha property at Potts Road, Langwarrin, which contains high valuable bushland, and is within the Green Wedge. Also includes submissions, aerial photos and photos of flora and fauna, supporting the need to address the issues.
