Frankston Planning Scheme, Amendment C7.
P
roposing to rezone and subdive land including major areas of high regional to state significant bushland, at Potts Road, Langwarrin, within the South East Metropolitan Green Wedge

"This proposal not only represents a major threat to the viability of the green wedge leading from the south east of Melbourne to the Mornington Peninsula, but would also destroy some of the most significant remaining indigenous vegetation in the area, and would be the 'final nail in the coffin' for local wallabies, echidnas and other native fauna."
