Rezoning proposal Details made available by Frankston City Council of the proposal to move the residential boundary by re-zoning and ultimately subdividing large tracts of land in Langwarrin North and Skye, including several areas with significant bushland and open space.
Issues A discussion of some critical issues which need to be addressed to protect the region's present and future environmental and social values, including the need for native vegetation reserves & habitat areas.
