Ai Diem Le

Ai Diem is a passionate artisan, humanist and performer. Her artistic endeavours delve in a diverse scope of The Arts spectrum. Coming from a family of poets and musicians Ai Diem is mostly renowned for her singing and acting. Ai Diem has performed in theatre productions such as Barnum, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Joseph and the Technicolour Dream Coat, Grease, Children of the Dragon, Snow White, Hamlet Machine, Ghosts, Dinkum Assorted and The Sound of Music working along side with esteemed directors such as Doug Bennett in her leading female role as Thanh in Shakespeare in Saigon.

Other notable directors whom she has had the privilage to work with are Dr. Glen D’Cruz, Simon Fisher and Sue Dyring. Led by the lovely Faye Dumont, Ai Diem is a fond member of the Melbourne Women’s Choir allocated as a 1st Soprano. Ai Diem is very proud to have been instructed under the amazing vocal coachings of Creenagh Dalton, William Bamford, Alicia Watson Fioana Dyball, Frank De Pinna, Andrrea Rieniets and the awesome Harry Mulany.

Her work has also extended to community radio, environmental watch, local choirs and community anti-drug and preventative programs devised for youth awareness. Ai Diem has always been an active volunteer participating in welfare organisations such as; Food Vans, Meals on Wheels, Visitation to Hospitals and Nursing Homes. Ai Diem has also worked as an allied health convener, teaching Art Therapy classes to elderly citizens.

Modelling for Catherine Mann, a respected interantional writer and photographer; their collaboration has led Ai Diem’s images to be exhibited both at home in Australia and Internationally in London. Ai Diem has also done life modelling for various local artists and Fine Arts University Institutions and various other Artist Societies. Her creative soul loves to paint, dance and sing, she prides herself as a croony hedonistic muse. She spends most of her time indulging in the finer things of life. Ai Diem also has a certain fascination with the art of food... and anything else that is delicious, decadent and of a sensual nature. Indeed she lives for pleasure.

Her ambitions are to continue leading a carefree, debt free and allergy free life. Currently she is working as a singer, composer, actress, model and as a devoted humanist.

Subscribing to the philosophy of self improvement and further education Ai Diem is in the midst of her tertiary studies majoring in Contemporary Arts with the mentality of being an insightful, developing and more than anything else a creative practitioner.
