Frank Kelly scratch-built this 4mm scale model of a South Australian Railways goods guards van using his usual techniques. The body is an acrylic box with styrene sheet and strip overlays. Bogies are from home-madw white metal castings. Note the prototypical "chopper" couplers investment cast in brass from home made patterns.
