Fictitious narrow gauge wagon based on VR "Tommy Bent" loaded with two cement containers. the containers are of a real prototype used by VR to carry cement from Geelong to the Snowy Mountains via the Cudgewa line. Andrew cast the containers in resin from his own patterns.
