Agnes's storyHi, my name is Agnes McMillan and I belong to the Vietnam Veterans Wives group at Ringwood R.S.L. My husband is Michael, who was in 7 R.A.R. We are a friendly group, and don't only see one another on the second Wednesday of the month. On Friday evenings, some of us go to the club for a chat and a meal, just for the company. Last year eight of us had a weekend away to Daylesford. We went in two cars and had two rooms between us. Breakfast was in the dining room both mornings and we had dinner on the Saturday night at the same venue. Friday night we had dinner at the club next door. The entire weekend was great fun; we went for walks, had a massage and spa, checked out the locals and had lots of laughs.
