Distribution of Oreixenica lathoniella herceus - The Common Silver Xenica

This species is a small brown butterfly with subterminal silvery white spots beneath its forewing. It inhabits the south-east area of Australia. Adults fly from February to April. The larvae feed on Poa species and Microlaena stipoides (Poaceae).
