Gallery space:
Three upstairs galleries and one ground floor gallery. The Galleries are available for hire to both members and non-members.
The exhibition spaces have the potential for quality display of all two dimensional and three dimensional art forms, (for example, painting, drawing, ceramics, sculpture, photography and installations). Performance pieces, literature and recital presentations are also welcomed. There is a Platform stage in one of the large galleries. The gallery has seating for 100 persons.

Cost:
Under the Taxation Law (July 2000) a 10% GST will now be applied to all VAS hiring fees. The price which you charge for your works may include or not include a margin for the GST depending on your registration status. This is of no concern to the VAS.
A flat rate is charged for all galleries (members receive a generous discount). No other commission is charged but all related expenses and arrangements are the hirer's responsibility. The galleries feature a consistent hanging system throughout.

Catering facilities:
Fully equipped kitchen.

Opening Hours: 10am - 4pm weekdays.  1.30pm - 4.30pm weekends.

Foyer Gallery

In recent years the VAS has formed the nucleus of a growing permanent collection of works by leading artists, past and present, to be retained in the downstairs display area for public viewing.
Social activities revolving around the exhibitions play an important part during the years events
