2003 made substantial connections in the Asia Pacific region
through a program which involved 25 artists and 5 art spaces in Kuala
Lumpur, Hanoi, Manila, Yogyakarta and Shanghai. The 2004 program continues
to promote dialogue in the region amongst urban artists and between artists
and publics, around the issues of global translation, identity and space.
