Claudia-Maria Luenig (Austria) and Sylvia Hansmann (France) combined text (Sylvia) and photo (Claudia-Maria) in their collaborative work. The absence of identity – contours blur, different systems and environments seem similar - is analysed. Absence appears as a moment, a moment registered not in time but through overlapping. The photo of the older woman beside the main road in Tirana overlaid with text questioning the identity of a person represents a gap: a new identity is created through the overlapping of different worlds. A new personal utopia?
