Welcome to another wonderful year with U3A. I hope that you have found your classes interesting and stimulating. We have had some great new ideas come forward over the last year; the introduction of the very successful coffee mornings. A book group also started this year, and we have begun two new courses - 'A Brief History of Espionage' and 'Intermediate Italian'. We are also investigating the possibility of a 'Walking group; and a 'Movie and Lunch group'. I feel this is an indication of a vibrant and growing U3A within Werribee, an organization that recognizes the need to provide the opportunity to maintain our brains active and to keep physical strength and vigour elasticity with other members of U3A.
I would particularly like to thank all our tutors, leaders and committee members and newsletter/editor contributors for their ongoing efforts and tireless commitment without whom none of our activities would be possible.

EASTER BRINGS HOPE TO US ALL -
The spirit of Easter is the hope of he world. One has not to be a saint, Christian, Muslim, Buddhist but just an ordinary person in order to recognize that if the Easter hope fails us, we are at the mercy of the deep blue sea. Easter brings hope to us all!
Easter is the festival of Hope because it sets in the foreground of human thought and contemplation the figure of the most gallant Hope that the world has ever known.
We wish you all a very Peaceful and Joyous Easter with family and friends.
