Our Annual General Meeting will be held on
the 22nd of November 2004

At the “Church Hall” Hyde Street Footscray
[next to the Maribyrnong Council Building]
Commencing at 10.30 Am for an 11.00 Am start.

Our guest speaker will be
"Noel Gough"
Who has written a book on the Snowy Mountain
Hydro Electric Scheme.

The function will be catered for by The Charcoal
Spit Roast Company at a cost of $13.00PP

If you are attending can you please pay by Friday
the 12th of November 2004 as the final numbers
must be given to the caterer by the
15th of November 2004.

Christmas Raffle

We are once again holding a Raffle to
offset the cost of soft drinks and Orange
juice at the Annual General Meeting.

We would ask you again to be generous
and donate grocery items to make up a
hamper which will be drawn at the AGM.

Could you please place your donations
on the Secretaries desk in the office but
don’t forget to list what you have
donated on the list provided on the
secretaries desk.
