Australia is now a multicultural country of people from many places. After World war 2 many came to Australia including some from Italy.
The Italian class at our U3A is for people who speak only English. The Italian language is relatively easy to learn, many words being similar to English ones in that they have a common source.
Our Italian class improves ones knowledge of English and the classes are informative while those whom attend find them good fun.
The aim of our class is to master the art of conversation in Italian which requires learning a certain amount of grammar and how to conjugate verbs. We find this to be a new and challenging experience.

L' intenzione è di perfezionare l' arte della converzatione in italiano il quale coinvolge apprendere un certo numero di parole, verbi e grammatica.Un' esperienza nuova e molto interessante e piacevole.
