U3A Benalla has over 200 members and currently runs more than 20 courses which are outlined on our "Course Synopses" Page.

Meetings are held at 'The Centre' located in the Benalla College Campus in Barkly St. Benalla, at the times and on the days indicated in the 'Course Programs' page for both courses and general meetings.

Membership is open to any retiree who is interested. An annual membership fee applies.  See details on our page 'Membership Form'.

Benalla is a Rural City of about 10,000 population, located in the State of Victoria which is in the far south-east of Australia.

Benalla is situated in the north-east of Victoria on the Broken River which has been dammed to form Lake Benalla (partly pictured above) which together with the Benalla Botanical Gardens and a natural Riverine Area forms a beautiful central focus to the city.
