We were in Tocumwal to see our son Tim go solo in a glider after spending nearly a week learning to fly at Sportavia, Tocumwal airfield. He was one of a group of 3 army cadets from Sebastopol Secondary College. They are the first army cadets to obtain an army sanctioned gliding qualification.
