This thematic resource booklet based on the topic of nutrition and health, provides units of work designed specifically for after-hours ethnic schools, but can be implemented equally well within the primary school and the post-primary sectors.
Its aim is to cater for a classroom situation consisting of children with a diverse range of competency in the German language.
There are student worksheets and activities within the same theme to enable a whole class to work together and still allow students to work at their own pace and level of ability.
