- Telelink allows up to ten people in different places to join
a group discussion from their telephones.
- There is no charge.
- You do not need special equipment to join in.
- If you have trouble hearing or holding a phone, special equipment
will be provided by Telstra at no cost.
- Once you have booked in you will be connected, to a group of
people who can all hear and speak with each other on their telephones
for 45 minutes per session.
Telelink provides a way for people who find it difficult to go
out, to still belong to a group who can talk together, take part in
friendship, learning and gain necessary information to maintain independence
from the comfort of their own homes. |
