• Telelink Victoria is a statewide project funded by HACC to work with agencies involved with people who are socially isolated.
• Telelink Victoria works with agencies to help provide Telelink services to their HACC clients throughout Victoria.

TELELINK VICTORIA WILL :

• talk to your agency about the benefits of linking people who are home bound;
• train your staff and volunteers in all procedures of Telelink;
• supply you with the documentation you need;
• make the organisational arrangements;
• provide ongoing group leader support;
• provide consultation and problem solving;
• link you with the Victorian Telelink Co-ordinators Network;
• help you target and organise your groups; take referrals for individuals.
