Borough of Tarnagulla Certificate

This image is from a publication prepared in 1901 as part of the Federation of Australia celebrations. All the municipalities across the State of Victoria contributed a similar certificate to this one, and they were then bound into a presentation book. The Tarnagulla Borough was created in 1864, but the Councillors listed in the certificate are, of course, the 1901 team.
