Nicholas and Rachel Gallienne

Nicholas (1787-1888) and Rachel (1808-1882) are early Waanyarra pioneers. Nicholas is the father of Mary or Marie Gallienne (1824-1893). She married Charles Baker in Adelaide in 1850, and is generally credited with being among the first group to find gold at Jones's Creek, now Waanyarra, in early 1853.
