Iain Young

Iain was employed as a production weaver and senior weaver at The Victorian Tapestry Workshop from 1977 to 90. During this time he gained wide experience in dealing with the needs, technical and aesthetic, of both artists and clients. Iain has been a freelance contract artist/weaver since 1990. His private commissions include: - Domestic Panoply, for the Victoria College, Rusden Campus, 1990; and - Untitled (designed by Mary Hammond) for the AMIWU Head Office, 1992.
