SYKES’ SOLUTION FOR SWOOPING MAGPIES

The September syndrome of swooping magpies can be solved easily according to veterinarian and Nationals MP for Benalla, Bill Sykes.

Dr Sykes has studied the swooping phenomenon for decades. He has noted that it coincides with the performance of the Collingwood Football Team which regularly experiences episodes of the ‘Collywobbles’ each September.

Dr Sykes said, “The Magpies just need to vent their frustration and anger with the Collingwood Football Team’s on field performance each September.

The solution is simple according to Dr Sykes – “send the Collingwood Football Team interstate!”
