Key Species:
In most years limited numbers of Black Honeyeaters can be found here in early spring when the Eremophilas are in flower, and sometimes also Pied Honeyeaters.

How to Get There :
Go to Dareton, on the Highway between Buronga and Wentworth.  From the Supermarket in Dareton, go west along H/way towards Wentworth.  At 2.2km turn half right along Keenans Dr. (Map Point B)  At 3.1km from Supermarket road becomes a badly corrugated.  Continue on this road (Shown as Old Wentworth road) to 4.8km from the Dareton Supermarket. (Map Point C)  Turn right here onto a winding dirt track amongst saltbush for 500m until it reaches a fence.  Turn left along the fence to stile at start of the John Hobbs Reserve, on right after 230m.
