Summer Season (October to March)

This involves a variety of exciting Track and Field competitions. There is something for everyone from walking and running to jumping and throwing.  SSH competes in Interclub Competition (AV Shield) in the East Region. Three programs are offered for athletes covering all disciplines of Track and Field.
