Languages spoken: English, Chinese (Mandarin, Cantonese, Hakka), Malay. Edward has completed an elementary Japanese courses with Education Information Institute (supported by Japanese Consulate) in Melbourne and is currently studying for Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JPLT).

Interests: Most things including reading, traveling (I've lived in Germany, UK, Taiwan, Hong Kong, China, Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand, worked and visited in most parts of USA, Western Europe and East Asia), photography, movies, sports especially squash and badminton.


Taipu Edward's father was born in Da Ma Village, Da Bu province (link to Da Bu Municipal Office), Guang Dong, China and migrated to Malaysia in 1940s.

Edward was born and raised in Perak state of Malaysia, with sojourns to United Kingdom for study. After graduation Edward worked and lived in Germany, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, China and most recently Australia. Edward finds Melbourne a good place to live and decided to take up residency there for a while.
