St Paul's Cathedral 2007
is seeking to find out what God wants
while continuing to develop an outward-looking focus


we will develop
a vision, policy and implementation strategy for
welcoming
outcomes may include a "welcome pack"
a monthly welcome luncheon
and training for welcomers

we will develop
a vision, policy and implementation strategy for
pastoral care and authorised ministry
outcomes may include training
for ministry,
for servers,
Home Communion teams,
marriage preparation teams,
and office staff

we will develop
a vision, policy and implementation strategy for
FINANCES AND BUILDINGS
outcomes may include
short term objectives such as repair of the organ,
interior lighting
and memorial garden,
long term objectives such as a Conservation Management Plan (CMP)
and future vision for the buildings

we will develop
a vision, policy and implementation strategy for
TEACHING THE FAITH
outcomes may include Armchair Interview series,
second Credo course,
Preachers' Group,
and Biblical teaching through Daybreak
