St Oswald's has a variety of space and equipment which can be hired either short or long term. Space includes a number of different size meeting rooms, offices, theatrical stage, kitchen and a tennis court. Some of the offices have their own entrance and off street parking.

Tables and chairs of various styles are also available for hire.
