the bio-robot project is a collaboration between the Nottingam Trent University and Sussex University to create a large (5m x 4m) robot for performance.presented in "The Cyborg Experiments: Extensions of the Body in the Media Age" Dr Joanna Zylinska (ed) Continnuum, London & New York
the work was a study of the robot`s locomotion (pictured above), and a virtual-reality simulation of the performance (pictured below)
