At the time the group was formed use of an aboriginal word within names was considered important. We were told that the aboriginal word 'Biarri' meant to search or seek out. The founding members of the group thought the meaning was significant for a Genealogy Group so it included the word 'Biarri' in it's registered name.

Cemetery Transcription & Photograph:

• We will locate a grave and provide a transcription of any headstone plus a photograph mounted in an A5 card folder for burials in the Stawell (Pleasant Creek) Cemetery and district cemeteries, for an all-inclusive cost of $15.00 for a single grave site.

Postcard:

• We will soon have a postcard, based on Will Rees oil painting "The Reefs 1859", for sale at a cost of $1.50 plus p&p if applicable.

Book Sales:

• Victoria's Wonderland: A Grampians history, Comp. Halls Gap & Grampians Historical Society. $20 + $5 p&p if applicable
