SRSV meetings are held on the third Friday of February, March, May, July, September and November every year. Meetings commence at 20:00 hours (8:00 pm) and are usually held at:

The Society's AGM is held at the start of the March meeting each year. Slides from the collection of the late Stephen McLean are shown at the November meeting each year. A wide variety of topics related to railway signalling and safeworking are presented at other meetings during the year.
