Southern Ranges Environment Alliance (SREA)Click here for a history of SREA SREA is a community group that communicates between the many volunteers, community groups, landholders, agencies that have given high priority to working on environmental assets along the Puffing Billy corridor and adjacent areas. See our Strategy for 2012. The benefit of working with these local groups is the invaluable local knowledge that comes with years of seeing the changes in the landscape. There is also an increasing level of co-operation between ENGOs (Environmental Non Government Organisations), agencies and other partners such as Puffing Billy, schools and corporate volunteers.
Amongst the members of SREA there is years of on-ground experience in sustainable land management, strong scientific and ecological knowledge and administration experience.
