Use of Sunbury Little Athletics Centre Equipment for
School Athletics Sports
The following information and attached form details the process for
organising a loan of athletics equipment for use at your school athletic
sports from Sunbury Little Athletics Centre Inc. This year we are
formalising the process to try to make it easier for you and ourselves to
ensure your athletic sports are efficiently organised and safely managed.
Process for loan of athletic
equipment

Track hire:
You need to contact Hume
Council to arrange hire of the track (9205 2200). |

Equipment loan:
Complete the "Equipment
Loan Request" form attached.
Contact our Centre
representative, Lisa Sette (9740 3272, flsette@tpg.com.au) and provide
her the completed "Equipment Loan Request" form.
We will arrange to have
the equipment ready for use and will either provide you with access to
our garage or send a representative to open (and close up) the garage. |

Donation :
A donation to the centre
of $50.00 per day is requested to be paid prior to or on the day of
your competition. |

Conditions:
Please note conditions of
loan on the bottom of the "Equipment Loan Request". These conditions
relate to:
The school must hold
appropriate liability insurance to conduct the event.
The person from the school
responsible for conducting the event must have the appropriate
competencies to safely conduct the event.
Any equipment damage must
be immediately reported to Sunbury Little Athletics Centre (Lisa Sette
or other representative providing access to the equipment). Sunbury
Little Athletics Centre Inc reserves the right to invoice the school
for the cost of repair or replacement of any damaged equipment. |
