The whole idea for my blog came about when I used to try and beat Nige and Angus in the sprints n our training rides and would always say that it was a "diary entry" day when I managed to do that ...even if my success was becasue they werent on the ride that day. The blog has now become a way to get my frustrations with cycling off my chest and get me to think about "where I am at" with my riding...verbalising the inner dialogue I guess. Just want to ride strong, be competitive and enjoy it at the same time
