Photo album3 		On Wednesday the buses travelled along the Marrakai Road to the Margaret River. One group had an emphasis on birds, and the other on plants.
Xanthstemon paradoxa Melaleuca argentia
1. Yellow-flowered Xanthstemon paradoxa.
2. Large Silver-leaved Paperbarks (Melaleuca argentea) growing along the Margaret River. Fine roots growing from the trunks show the water level during floods. Hill Salmon Gum Termite Mound
3. Striking orange trunk of Hill Salmon Gum (Corymbia tintinnans).
4. Cathedral termite mound.
