The Upper Goulburn Field naturalists Club has developed a
walk beside the Goulburn River. The walk was reached by driving
through the camping area to the river.
The walk is a circuit walk. Like many wetland areas, there is a weed problem, and part of the management has been weed control. A bird hide has been constructed, with a view over a billabong. This was dry at the time of visit. (Contributed)
L: At the start of the walk. Trees are River Red Gums with an understorey of Tree Violet. R: The Goulburn River. The banks are densely vegetated. |
