WELCOME TO SASFSG.

SASFSG is based in Carrum Downs in the 

Southern Metropolitan region of Melbourne.

Our members comprise of families who are affected by Autism Spectrum disorders (ASD): Autism, Asperger Syndrome, High Functioning Autism and PDD.NOS.

SASFSG is

A support network for families and professionals involved with the care of children diagnosed with ASD.

A sympathetic and understanding group willing to listen and share ideas with others in similar circumstances.

SASFSG aim to

Find ways to make life better for people with Autism Spectrum disorders.

Educate the community about ASD.

Provide relevant information on Autism Spectrum Disorders

Maintain a register of professionals

Maintain links with other organisations

SASFSG provides:

Confidential support to parents

Monthly meetings in Carrum Downs

Quarterly newsletter

Information on services available and how to access them

Educational seminars and workshops

A library of Autism related books

          

 

 

Morning support meetings will be the THIRD MONDAY of the month during term at:

Lyrebird Community Centre

Dates: Monday October 19 and November 16, 2009.

Time: 10am to midday.

Come along for a chat and a cuppa.

Please bring a snack to share.

Morning support meetings will be the SECOND THURSDAY of the month during term at:

Dates: Thursday October 8 and November 12, 2009.

Time: 10am to midday.
